Our Policies and Warranties

WARRANTY

Each repair comes with a 30 day warranty on the repair that we performed.

User error, abuse, and negligence is not covered.

TIME PERIOD

All customers have 30 days to pick up repaired tools.

After 30 days, there will be a 10% charged added to the repair

or

Tools not picked up will be sold to recover the cost.

Customers have 7 days to pick up unrepaired tools
after that, tools can be scrapped.

All unrepaired tools will be returned unassembled.

PARTS 

Special order parts are pre-paid + shipping costs.

All special order parts are non-refundable.

PAYMENT

$20 minimum on credit card purchases.

Personal checks are not accepted.
